The Laguiole (pronounced “la-yoll”) knife derived from a high quality folding pocket knife, originally produced in the town of Laguiole in the Aveyron region in Southern France. “Laguiole” is a generic term and is not restricted to one company or place of manufacture. Laguiole knives carry a Bumble Bee emblem, which signifies the region. Produced by Jean Dubost, this high quality set of 3 cheese knives comprises of: - 8" (20.5cm) cleaver, traditional curved-blade, - 9" (23cm) cheese knife - Small 5¾" (14cm) spreader for creamy cheeses and butter.
