Prosecco from Conegliano tends to be more fruit forward and softer than Prosecco from Valdobbiadene, perhaps not quite as crisply refreshing, but textural, and delicious with a wide range of food. Aromas of citrus, white peach, nectarine and fresh pear; textural palate with soft fruit richness but refreshed with pleasing and persistent acidity.
