Serving Temperature

To ensure you get the most enjoyment out of your wine, it is important to serve the wine at its ideal drinking temperature which ranges from 6°C to 18°C depending on the varietal.
People often make the mistake of drinking white wines straight from the kitchen fridge at 5°C which is too cold and red wines at room temperature between 20-30°C which is too warm.
