We are pleased to arrange for our technicians to visit your home / site to inspect and service your unit. To provide you with the highest level of service, it’s important that we have as much information as possible prior to the service call.


  • The unit MUST be accessible when the technician(s) arrive on site. Our technicians cannot be responsible for removing any joinery, wine racking or bottles. If they attend site and cannot access the unit, you will still be charged the call out fee plus one hour of labour. A second call out fee will be charged for a return visit.
  • MacPhee’s will determine if your service call is covered under Warranty based on whether the installation is in line with our specifications.
    • If it is deemed a Warranty claim, your credit card will not be charged, and your initial deposit will be refunded to your account.
    • If it is not a Warranty claim, you acknowledge that MacPhee’s is entitled to charge your nominated credit card automatically as per the rates set out above.
    • Payments charged to your credit card are done so with your authority.
  • Where you wish to terminate this agreement, you will provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service call. If cancelled within 24 hours of call, you will be charged the call out fee plus one hour of labour.
  • MacPhee’s warrant that it and its technicians will act in a professional manner and in accordance with all applicable legislation including but not limited to the Trade Practices Act 1974, the Privacy Act 1988, any state Fair Trading Acts andany applicable industry codes of conduct.
